I definitely thought today was Wednesday, good thing I checked the calender. But you're probably wondering about the title. I didn't take this picture today, this is actually from a couple days ago when the weather was much warmer and nicer out. This is actually a combination that I've never tried before but the second I pieced it together I was in love. There's something simple and clean about it that feels a little like a modern twist on old fashioned (it's probably because of the kitten heels). I think Audrey Hepburn would so love to be friends with me if she saw me walking down the street in this outfit. Ha.

My shoes came in today and ohmygoodness they're the highest pair of heels I've ever worn. Definitely not the kind you can sashay around the grocery store in unless you enjoy losing sensation in your feet but they're perfect for a date night or a fancy shmancy party where you know you'll be sitting down for most of the time. Now I just need to break them in (wearing them a few times while cooking dinner should do the trick).
