Monday Meal!

This is a continuation of my last Monday Meal. Remember that Chicken Parm I was talking about? Here you go!
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt and black pepper
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
olive oil
Shredded Provolone
Leftover spaghetti sauce
How to cook it:
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Place down foil on a cookie sheet (to spare you a little cleaning work later).
2. Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt and pepper in a large zip-lock bag (or at least, one large enough to fit your chicken breast)and shake to mix.
3. Add one breast of chicken, seal bag and shake to coat with spice mix. Remove and place on cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken breast.
4. Discard spice mix once you've coated all your chicken breast
5. Drizzle with olive oil
6. Bake 30-35 minutes
7. Take out cookie sheet, coat chicken with however much sauce you would like and sprinkle provolone cheese on top. Bake for another 5-10 minutes until juices run clear and cheese is melted.
My Thoughts:
This is a total man meal and it will definitely fill you up. I love that it gets rid of the leftover spaghetti and it tastes amaaazing. The chicken is actually commonly referred to oven baked fried chicken that tastes amazing even without the sauce (but adding it gives it that little something extra).
